Day of Coordinators

  • WHAT DOES DAY-OF-PLANNING ENTAIL?

    While this is most commonly referred to as “day-of,” the better description is “coordination for the day of the wedding.” It starts with a comprehensive consultation with the bride at least 4 to 8 weeks prior to your wedding day, but can be contracted even as close as the day before.  From there we assemble a detailed timeline for the wedding day and work to ensure that everything comes together just as the bride envisioned it.

    Having the peace of mind that every detail will come together as you envisioned is probably the biggest reason to contract our day of coodination services, next to affordability.
