Day of Coordinators

While this is most commonly referred to as “day-of,” the better description is “coordination for the day of the wedding.” It starts with a comprehensive consultation with the bride at least 4 to 8 weeks prior to your wedding day, but can be contracted even as close as the day before.  From there we assemble a detailed timeline for the wedding day and work to ensure that everything comes together just as the bride envisioned it.

Having the peace of mind that every detail will come together as you envisioned is probably the biggest reason to contract our day of coodination services, next to affordability.

We understand the amount of work and stress associated with planning and organizing a wedding, as well as the pressure to have everything run like clockwork.  Hiring a professional to step in and act as a "Master of Ceremony" and "Coordinator" will help ensure every detail in the ceremony and finer points of your reception are handled, and also ensures that you will be at your best; charming, gracious, and relaxed, rather than frazzled, last minute problem solver.  With our help you'll be able to truly enjoy every moment of the day.
