The historic Day Barn is an original dairy barn that was relocated from its original location to "Pioneer Square," next to Draper Park.
The interior of the barn has been modernized with all the trimmings, including a wood and rustic decor. The outside has been redone to make modern improvements but to keep the look of an old barn.

Reservation fee AND security/cleaning fee are required when reservation is made.

For weekdays (Monday - Thursday) is $225 per 1/2-day block (9:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) or $450 for all day (9:00 AM - 10:00 PM).
o Non-Draper residents/businesses:
For weekdays (Monday - Thursday) is $300 per 1/2-day block (9:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) or $600 for all day (9:00 AM - 10:00 PM).
o Draper residents/businesses:
For weekends (Friday - Sunday) is $500 for an all-day block (9:00 AM - 10:00 PM). Weekend days are a required all-day rental, no 1/2-day blocks.
o Non-Draper residents/businesses:
For weekends (Friday - Sunday) is $600 for an all-day block (9:00 AM - 10:00 PM). Weekend days are a required all-day rental, no 1/2-day blocks.
o A $200 refundable security/cleaning fee must also be paid at the time of all reservations (Refunds for security/cleaning fees will be given after the event is complete and inspection has been done. At the time of key pick up, a rule and inspection sheet will be given. Full refunds will be given when the inspection sheet is complete, the barn has been cleaned, and the key is returned). Refundable security/cleaning fee will be returned in the same payment method as when the reservation was made, i.e., refund to the credit card to which the reservation was made, check issued for cash, or check payment (mailed to address on file).

Renter must transport own ladder for use in Day Barn, Sound system with speakers may be available for your use, however, these are NOT guaranteed and therefore Draper City shall NOT be contacted if not working properly. All cables (renter must provide AUX cord) needed to connect devices, microphone, music device, etc. are the responsibility of the renter.
