The Lodge at Soldier Hollow in Wasatch Mountain State Park is a beautiful, rustic venue with incredible views, and a perfect place for any social gathering!
 
A site visit at The Lodge, signed agreement and a 50% non-refundable deposit are required to secure the day for your event, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to the event. We require an additional security deposit of $500.00 (check preferred), due two weeks prior to the event to cover any damages and/or additional cleaning or event trash removal required. Security deposit refunds will be completed after the event if no damage or cleaning fee has occurred.
 
No Ceremony Fee *Hourly rates may also be available, depending on the details provided and timing of your event.
 
Bar Services Allowed/No Bar Security Fee.  If alcohol will be served, a professional insured, licensed bartender or bartending service is required. Your catering/bartending company will need to obtain and provide Soldier Hollow with a certificate for liquor liability coverage naming Soldier Hollow Nordic Center, The Utah Olympic Legacy Foundation and The State of Utah, Division of Parks and Recreation as additional insureds, at least 2 weeks prior to your event. A special event permit may also be required, from The Utah Department of Alcohol and Beverage Control (UDABC).
