The Foundry

Rental times includes time to set-up & decorate, get ready, vendors to prepare, and all cleanup.

Full Day (10:00am-9:00pm, 11:00am-10:00pm, or 12:00pm - 11:00pm)

Half Day Morning 9:00am - 2:00pm

Half Day Evening 4:00 - 9:00pm or 5:00pm - 10:00pm

We require a $500 security deposit & credit card 30 days prior to your event in the event of damages. Security deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of event as long as contract obligations are met.

We charge $300 per hour for additional hours Monday - Thursday, and $350 per hour on Friday - Sunday added on to your rental time before 11pm. We do not extend rental hours past 11:00pm.

• Up to 20 fruitwood tables that can seat Up to 10 per table (for a flowing reception we recommend 8-10 tables in our main space and 4-6 highboy cocktail tables in our mezzanine)

• 5 - 60” Round tables that can seat up to 9 (additional rounds can be rented for $10 ea.)

• 15 cocktail tables - seating for 45 at barstool height or 60 at table height chairs

• 2 children’s fruitwood tables with seating for up to 16

• 5 rectangle folding tables, perfect for your buffet, presents or pictures

• Luxurious Bride’s suite — includes a private bathroom, full length mirror, plenty of comfy seating, small refrigerator, Alexa, and 3 gorgeous LED makeup mirrors with plenty of counter space perfect for you and your bridal party to get picture perfect ready

• Groom’s Suite — Our man cave includes plenty of comfy seating, small refrigerator, games, full length mirror, iPod/iPhone music docking

• Caterer’s prep Kitchen with fridge, ice making, warming oven, microwave prep tables and sink 

• Sound system with wireless microphone & Headset - Easily play your own playlist and video

• Deep cleaning of venue after your event

• The Foundry offers linens for $14 each and Table Runners for $12 each +tax. Our fruitwood tables are pretty as is, and do not require linens. Additional linens depend on quantity, fabric and color.  

• Cleaning fee - $300

• Bar Service Fee - $300

• We require event insurance with The Foundry listed as the additional insured. The cost for this is usually around $100.

• Please add $1000 to rentals on the following special holidays: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, 4th of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day
