VINTAGE CHARM IN THE HEART OF PROVO

White Willow is a historic mansion home, built in 1904 in downtown Provo, UT and remains over 95% original, including beautiful stained glass, amazing handcrafted woodwork, and vintage craftsmanship. With a ballroom that was added in 1998, she has been decorated with calming neutral colors, warm textures, and inviting French farmhouse decor. It is a one-of-a-kind setting for your wedding, reception, family gathering, or corporate event.

Ceremony fee $250.  *Includes tables,chairs, select linens.

INCLUSIONS FOR ALL RECEPTIONS:

• Full use of the entire facility including: Ballroom; Serving Kitchen including fridge, microwave, NO OVEN ($50 kitchen use fee will be assessed if food not provided by a caterer), Dining Room, Parlors, Bride's Room, the Gardens.

• Our staff sets up and takes down all inventory that we provide.

• 10-60" round tables, 3-6' banquet tables, 1-8' banquet table, 7 standing cocktail tables

• 100 chairs

• Your choice of centerpieces

• All on-site decorations inventory including your choice of floor easels, table easels, signs, chalkboards, photo props, card holder

• Sound system with wireless microphone

• TV

• Personalized consultation

• Staff member on site managing event

Discounted linen rentals available

Excellent DJ & MC services provided for $300 (includes consultation to personalize playlist and DJ style events)

Sparklers available for $5 a dozen, includes set up and lighters

Add Hours before 10 AM or after 10 PM $100 each hour

Venue Access outside Rental Period $100 each hour

 

*$500 Non-Refundable Deposit required at booking. Balance due two weeks prior to event date.

A $50 floor cleaning fee is added to all rentals.
